it seems the weekend started early for me.... thursday had dinner with rubber and nai nai at jack's place. could not decide for at least 15 mins what we wanted to makan, but in the end, rubber begrudgingly accepted jack's place as our dining location. well, it was not all that good.. the lobster bisque is not bad tho...

had some drinks at chijmes after unsuccessfully looking for a place at dempsey. too haps for us already... and it was only thursday. don't these pple need to work?! i mean it's only thursday and u see young wannabe atas punks going there for drinks.. i guess the younger generation are getting more affluent nowadays. (with parents' money or other means... i'm not entirely sure how they get to moolah to spend man)

friday night caught up with my toots for a well needed 'catch up' session. i guess the reason why they call it 'catch up' - literally means what it means.. to catch up with whatever you have missed in ur frens' lives. had free drinks that night... courtesy of bennie toot. THANKS! hahahah the japanese inspector was nice!! (and you must say it in a pseudo japanese way) after so many drinks.. volume was getting so loud i think the other patrons were getting irritated. not that we cared anyways... hohohoho!!!

saturday night had dinner with a karate fren.... at a nice jap restaurant at MS. i'm surprised at the price of the meal. we had i think 4 items and it only cost us 50 bucks. what we had:

• beef cappachio (half)
• grilled chicken balls with egg yolk
• maguro, sake and hekameji (i think) sushi (a pair each)
• unagi and egg fried rice (enough for 3)
